Property Management

There are 3 reasons for hiring a Residential Property Manager and you may need only one or two of the services offered or all of them.

  • Maintenance

  • Dealing with preventative and ongoing maintenance as well as unexpected and emergency repairs. Liaising with various contractors, obtaining quotes etc.

 

  • Rent Collection and disbursement

  • Rent is collected, bills paid and monthly statements provided.

 

  • New Tenants

  • Advertising and showing the property with a view to finding a new tenant. Negotiating terms and handling the lease. Handling inspections for tenants moving in and out.

 

At larger companies you may deal with three departments or different personnel but at the Real Estate Company, from start to finish you will have a personal ongoing relationship with me.   When I am unavailable or off island I have a replacement on standby to deal with any unexpected issues.
